Info & Schedule
First Contact Hockey Camp is set up to ensure hands on instruction and coaching by NCAA Hockey Coaches.
Each camper will be in contact with at least 7 different NCAA Coaches who have different philosophies towards the game, and different coaching and teaching techniques.

FIRST CONTACT HOCKEY CAMP IS THE ONLY CAMP WHERE CANADIAN HOCKEY PLAYERS RECEIVE ON
ICE INSTRUCTION AND BEHIND THE BENCH COACHING FROM NCAA COACHES

1992 - 1993 Camp - Great for those players that want to be the first to showcase theur talents for the 2008/09 recruiting season. These players will know exactly what the NCAA hockey coaches are looking for. Since the camp is held on a college campus you are able to speak with every NCAA coach in attendance.

1991 Camp - With July 1, 2008 being the first date to contact a prospective student-athlete who is entering his senior (grade 12) year of high school,  First Contact Hockey Camp facilitates the opportunity for each camper to speak with an NCAA Coach of their choice.  Furthermore, it allows NCAA Coaches to call the prospective student-athlete following the camp.  This is a great opportunity for the prospective student-athlete who is entering his junior  (grade 11) year of high school, as NCAA Coaches can track your progress prior to your First Contact date of July 1, 2009.  These juniors will be able to receive letters and emails from the interested coaches commencing September 1, 2008.

1988-1990 Camp - Ideal for prospective student-athletes who will be competing at the AAA or Junior hockey level.  This will give the camper the knowledge and exposure, as he strives to obtain his academic and athletic goals.

N0 PIN-WHEEL EFFECT - All practices and games will be held on 1 sheet of ice.  With only 1 sheet of ice being used for the camp, observers can focus on the only practice or game.  Other camps and hockey schools that use more than 1 sheet of ice promote a 'pin-wheel' effect, where observers have only a limited amount of time to watch an ice session due to multiple sessions occuring at the same time.
